Ireland House holds more than preserved rooms and historic artifacts, it carries memory. Many who enter speak of subtle shifts, unexplained sounds, and moments that feel quietly personal, as though the house itself is aware of being witnessed.
This Spirit Exploration is approached with intention, grounding, and respect. Rather than provoking activity or seeking predetermined outcomes, we create the conditions for meaningful experiences to unfold naturally. Participants are invited to observe, investigate, engage with the space, and develop greater confidence in their own awareness and observations.
Each exploration is unique. Some evenings raise new questions, some offer unexpected moments, and all provide an opportunity to experience Ireland House in a way few visitors ever do.

Awaken Your Intuition
We begin the evening with a grounding and intuitive preparation session designed to help you regulate your nervous system, sharpen perception, and learn how to recognize intuitive awareness. This isn’t about “becoming psychic”, it’s about learning how to notice clearly and trust what you experience.
Step Into the Past
Together, we’ll explore the history of Ireland House Museum and the stories of the family who once called it home. As we move through the property, participants are invited to engage with the atmosphere of the space, observe what stands out, and consider how history, memory, and place continue to shape our experience of it today.
Investigate with Intention
Participants will work with a combination of spiritual and scientific tools in both group and independent settings. Techniques such as the Estes Method may be explored alongside other forms of spirit communication that often yield compelling and meaningful responses.
Group Séance
As the evening comes to a close, we gather for a guided group séance. Held within the historic surroundings of Ireland House, this experience offers an opportunity to explore the possibility of spirit communication in a thoughtful and respectful way. For many participants, it becomes one of the most fascinating and memorable moments of the evening.
Debrief and Integration
We close the evening by gathering as a group to share experiences. Whether the night leaves you with answers, questions, or something entirely unexpected, this final reflection offers an opportunity to process what unfolded and consider how the experience may continue to resonate long after the evening ends.

Your Host
Hi, I’m Lauren — spiritual educator, explorer, and founder of Beyond the Veil.
For more than a decade, I’ve been exploring the intersection of intuition, spirit communication, history, and the unexplained. What began as a curiosity about ghosts eventually grew into a much deeper fascination with how we interact with the unseen and make meaning of the extraordinary.
Today, I create immersive experiences, educational programs, and Spirit Explorations that invite people to investigate these mysteries for themselves. My approach blends intuitive awareness, ethical spirit communication, historical context, and thoughtful investigation—creating space for curiosity without fear, dogma, or the need to have all the answers.
Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of people through historic locations, workshops, readings, and group experiences. One of the most rewarding parts of this work is witnessing people reconnect with their sense of wonder—whether that leads to a profound experience, a new perspective, or a little more magic in their lives.
My work isn’t about convincing anyone what to believe. It’s about creating opportunities to explore, observe, and engage with the unknown in a grounded, respectful, and meaningful way.
When I’m not leading Spirit Explorations, you’ll usually find me wandering historic museums, collecting antique Ouija boards, spending time with my partner Pierce and our rescue dog Casper, hunting for vintage treasures, or curled up with popcorn, chocolate, and a good scary movie.
Fun Fact: I met Pierce at a Spirit Exploration I was hosting. So while I can’t guarantee paranormal activity (although we always experience it), I can say there’s at least one documented case of finding your soulmate at one of my events.

Join us for a paranormal investigation at one of Burlington’s most historic and actively haunted locations—The Ireland House Museum.
Built in 1837 by Joseph Ireland, this beautifully preserved home tells the story of one of Burlington’s founding families. But beyond the artifacts and restored rooms, whispers from the past remain. Staff and visitors have reported unexplained noises, shadow figures, and eerie sensations throughout the home. Some believe that members of the Ireland family never truly left—are you ready to connect with them?
During this paranormal investigation, we will open the veil between worlds, and connect with the spirits of Ireland House, hearing their stories and learning about their lives. We always approach investigations as a means of discovery and communication, respecting the sanctity of the building and the souls that still reside.

Lauren Holder
For nearly a decade, I’ve been dancing with Spirit—what began as a casual curiosity (shoutout to The Ghost Walks) quickly spiraled into a full-blown love affair with all things supernatural, mystical, and otherworldly.
Today, I’m a Spiritual Guide and Paranormal Explorer on a mission to help others connect with the unseen. Whether it’s through soul readings, virtual programs, immersive workshops, or spine-tingling ghost hunts, I’m here to help you tap into your intuition and rediscover your magic.
When I’m not conversing with spirits or managing ghost tours, you’ll likely find me treasure hunting for antique Ouija boards (yes, I collect them!), exploring dusty old museums, snuggling animals, indulging my fashion obsession, or watching a good scary movie.
