What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are a metaphysical library of your soul’s past, present and possible futures (because as humans we have the beautiful gift of choice). It contains everything the soul has ever thought, said and done. Think of it like a cosmic google, where you can explore infinite amounts of information pertaining to you.
Simply stated, the Akashic Records are a dimension of consciousness that contains a vibrational record of every soul’s journey. It is the connection to your Spirit Team and Higher Self. Your higher self is your natural state of being without the confines of the human experience. It is one of self-compassion, love and inner peace.
There are many themes that can be explored in the Akashic Records, including wisdom around your life purpose, lessons, past lives, healing mind + emotional wounds, spirituality, relationships, business, and pretty much anything else you need guidance on.

About your guide
Hi, I’m Lauren!
I’ve been dancing with Spirit for the past 10 years. What started as an interest in ghosts, turned into a full-on passion for all things intuitive, psychic and paranormal. It’s not an overstatement when I say this work has literally changed my life. What was a dream even just 4 years ago is now my reality thanks to the skills and practices you’ll learn in this program.
I recall countless moments as a child where my psychic abilities were strong. I would often have prophetic dreams, and could sense spirits around me. But I pushed these aside until 9 years ago when I was reintroduced to ghost hunts. I still didn’t take this passion seriously until 2018 when my emotional world came crashing down. On and off in my twenties, I suffered from random but bad bouts of anxiety. During these waves I would feel disconnected from society, and from myself. However, the last bout in 2018 became a catalyst of change. The anxiety had impacted my eating, sleeping, relationships, self-image, sanity, and health.
I had lost my sense of self and was stuck in a loop of overthinking. I remember the moment so vividly: one night I woke up – sweating, heart racing, anxiety pulsing through my mind and body. I took a deep breath and thought “this is not who I am, it’s simply something I’m experiencing. It doesn’t define me”. And it was at this time that I felt a strong presence, something that wasn’t of this world, that felt like a warm hug from a friend. And there began my journey into healing and connecting back to my soul. During this time I was introduced to the Akashic Records by Ashley Mondor. I had heard whispers of it years prior, but it wasn’t until 2018 where I felt the pull to go deeper.
I remember the first time I entered the Records. It felt like a coming home. An ethereal experience that left me feeling like I was living in the clouds. It has since been a grounding point for myself to discover, heal and grow. Through working in the Records I have released limiting beliefs around money (and ultimately brought in more abundance), built a business that serves the collective in grand ways, and facilitated readings for 100s of people helping them discover their own soul in magical and mystical ways, amongst many other wonderful things (whenever I feel stressed or confused I access my Records – I deeply value the comfort and wisdom it provides me!).
I can honestly say I am the happiest and fulfilled I’ve ever been! And I want to show you the power in knowing your Soul and having Akashic guidance whenever and wherever. The Akashic Records Training Breakdown
The modules are taught live in an online setting. Throughout the modules I will share my beliefs about the Akashic Records vs mainstream beliefs about the Records, and encourage you to form your own opinions.
Week One
Introduction to the Akashic Records

FAQ:
When are the training calls scheduled?
The calls will begin the week of January 22nd, 2024, depending on group availability. I do my best to accommodate everyones schedule.
How long will I have to commit per week?
This is really up to you. To get the most out of the program, we encourage daily practice but understand life can get busy. We recommend to put aside 3-4 hours per week for the course training and practice.
Can I actually connect to the Akashic Records?
Yes! It’s everyone’s birthright to connect to their Soul’s Temple. It is not reserved for a select few.
Do I have to be an experienced psychic to join?
No! This program is specifically designed for those that are looking to dive deeper into their soul wisdom + gifts.
Will I receive a Certificate?
You will receive a Certificate of Completion upon the finale of the program.

When she’s not speaking with spirit, you can find her cuddling/walking her two dogs, exploring museums, antique shopping, and spending time with loved ones.
