Hey, I’m Lauren! I’ve been dancing with Spirit for the past 9 years. What started as a curiosity about ghosts (thanks The Ghost Walks!) quickly turned into a full-on obsession with all things supernatural, paranormal, and mystical. As a Spiritual Guide and Paranormal Explorer, I’m always eager to dive deeper into the unseen worlds and uncover their secrets.
I’ve had the honor of doing soul readings for so many amazing people, and now I’m passionate about helping others learn how to connect with Spirit through my virtual programs, workshops, and ghost hunts. When I’m not chatting with spirits, you’ll probably find me treasure hunting for antique Ouija boards (yes, I collect them!), wandering through museums, snuggling with animals, indulging in some retail therapy (fashion lover here!), or watching a scary movie. I also manage some of the ghost walk nights for The Ghost Walks — because, let’s be real, ghosts are kind of my thing.

Join us for a paranormal investigation at one of Burlington’s most historic and actively haunted locations—The Ireland House Museum.
Built in 1837 by Joseph Ireland, this beautifully preserved home tells the story of one of Burlington’s founding families. But beyond the artifacts and restored rooms, whispers from the past remain. Staff and visitors have reported unexplained noises, shadow figures, and eerie sensations throughout the home. Some believe that members of the Ireland family never truly left—are you ready to connect with them?
During this paranormal investigation, we will open the veil between worlds, and connect with the spirits of Ireland House, hearing their stories and learning about their lives. We always approach investigations as a means of discovery and communication, respecting the sanctity of the building and the souls that still reside.
